Money-Back Policy

This Money-Back Policy (the “Policy”) describes the circumstances under which Tropic Innovation Private Limited ("Taichiroutine," "gentleFit", "we," "our," or "us") may, at its discretion, provide a full or partial refund for digital Subscriptions and other paid services purchased through our websites (the “Sites”) or mobile applications (together with the Sites, the “Services”).
This Policy supplements our Subscription Terms and Terms of Service. In the event of conflict, this Policy governs only with respect to refund eligibility and procedures. Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original transaction date (“Guarantee Period”). Requests received after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
1.1 Eligibility Criteria
- First-time purchase. Applies only to your first purchase of the specific product or plan (including renewals upgraded to a longer billing cycle). Repeat purchases of the same plan are not covered.
- Usage evidence. You must demonstrate honest usage by completing at least 7 consecutive days of workouts or coaching tasks (or, for shorter-term plans of two weeks or less, at least 3 consecutive days) and logging them in the App. Provide screenshots or in-app logs when you request.
- Timely request. Submit your refund request during the 30-day Guarantee Period and before the subscription expires or renews.
- Direct purchase. Only applies to purchases made directly through our Sites or in-app checkout. App Store/Google Play purchases follow those storefronts’ refund rules.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Prepare your information: order number or receipt, checkout email, and usage evidence (logs/screenshots).
- Email support@tropicinnovation.com with subject "Refund Request".
- Await confirmation: We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and may ask follow-up questions.
- Refund processing: If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank/card processing times may vary.
3. Partial Refunds & Courtesy Credits
If you meet some but not all criteria, we may offer at our discretion:
- Partial refund (e.g., 50% of the fee)
- Extension of access at no additional cost
Accepting a courtesy offer completes the refund process.
4. Non-Refundable Items and Exclusions
- Renewals where the original Guarantee Period has passed
- One-time digital downloads delivered immediately
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers
- Charges older than 30 days
- Physical merchandise (see separate Return Policy)
- Transactions disputed or refunded via chargeback before contacting us
5. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we reasonably believe a request is fraudulent, abusive, made in bad faith, or is part of a pattern of excessive refunds. Accounts abusing the Guarantee may be suspended.
6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy affects legal rights under applicable consumer-protection laws. Where mandatory rights provide a longer or additional refund window, those laws prevail.
7. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice and apply to purchases after the new Policy’s effective date.
